A generation ago, before anyone who could spot the difference between a wooden spoon and a plastic spatula became a chef, I spent years with some great sauciers. It's simple. Use good stock, fresh produce and meats, thought, care, art, and you can't lose. Love for the art helps. I truly love making great soup & chili. I expect you will love eating it. We use actual butter, milk, cream and salt in some of our products and we'll never be ashamed of it. Imagine that!
